1. Mount a flag of Israel on the balcony or window panes of your house.
2. Take a photo of it and post it on social media with the name of your city and with #westandwithisrael and #marchoflife and email it to us at info@marchoflife.org.
3. Be aware that antisemitism is real and the Israeli flag can trigger backlash!
Since early Saturday morning, Israel has not only been under massive rocket fire from Gaza, but also terrorists breached the border fence, invaded residential settlements, murdered civilians, and took many people hostage. This unprovoked aggression represents an unprecedented escalation and is causing untold suffering for countless Jewish and Arab families in the region.
Now is the time for Israel not to be left alone, but to stand up for the Jewish state’s right of self-defense, and to publicly show our solidarity and support! When, after the brutal terror attack by Hamas against Israel, Palestinian terror against Israel is cheered in Berlin and paving stones are thrown at police officers, it is time to not only react with words but to put our words in to action.
It is time to show everywhere: We stand firmly by Israel’s side! Antisemitism has no place in our country, our city, or our streets!
Our solidarity is just as valuable for the Jewish communities in Germany and worldwide, who far too often during conflicts in the Middle East have had to endure waves of antisemitic hostility.
