The day after the brutal Hamas attack on October 7,  the Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah began launching rocket and drone attacks on northern Israel, causing enormous damage despite the Iron Dome defense system. Thousands of residents had to be evacuated, but many stayed despite the threat of daily shelling and rocket alarms, as their villages are outside the official evacuation radius.    

Although the ceasefire has since led to a calming of the situation, the psychological and physical stress experienced by the residents of these kibbutzim is profound and long-term. Rebuilding the communities requires not only financial resources, but also comprehensive psycho-social support to help people deal with the scars of the crisis.  

To mark the Marches of Life in 2025, March of Life is running a special fundraising campaign in cooperation with Keren Hayesod: Your donation will support targeted aid programs that provide security, stability and prospects for the population in the region.   

Part of the donations will go towards the organization and dissemination of the Marches of Life.
